Stay healthy and play golf
Golf may not look it and it is far too fun to be healthy right? But playing golf is healthy.. this sport that much of us love to play is actually one of the best ways to stay healthy.. without even knowing it. Golf courses are big places and you need to walk everywhere to get to one hole to the next.. not to mention chasing after your balls when they get lost in the grass.
